柯文哲下週將到台北市議會，進行上任後的首次施政報告。民進黨市議員童仲彥指出，柯文哲施政報告書的內容，跟前市長郝龍斌的報告非常相像，其中也有好幾張郝龍斌的照片。
柯文哲上午出席市政會議後記者會，媒體詢問，為何議員拿到的報告書，很多內容都是郝龍斌時期的？上任後拆除忠孝西路公車道，或是調漲營養午餐費率等施政都沒寫進去？
柯文哲表示，他才上任100天，很多政策都延續郝龍斌的繼續做下去，相信在施政報告裡，也有相當多是郝龍斌時代的施政。
